  Room was spacious, clean and nice.

  I arrived at 10.50 and I couldn't get anything to eat. The room service was closed and in the bar they didn't even have sandwich or anything cold. There is absolutely nothing in the neighborhood so I had to go to bed with an empty belly. not acceptable for a 4*+ hotel. Also the printer was not working. Wifi is very expensive (4e for 1h) and advertisement misleading as it says: WiFi available at lobby,.

  Fresh and clean, no-nonsense, high finishing. Well-sized rooms, above standard for luxembourg.

  Parking charge of €15 a day. Staff does not appear to have good mood.

  The hotel is perfect : comfortable room, good restaurant, nice breakfast, kind personel

  The fact that the price do not include the breakfast and the parking, that adds up almost 50% to the basic room cost.

  Great value for money, perfect location half way between Philarmony and Mudam, City centre to be reached by car or taxi. Rooms very clean, large and bathroom with door !!

  At Midnight, we had to wait 15 minutes before the orderred drink was served, but the temperature was fine so we didn't care too much

  The food in its restaurant was exquisite. Perfect end to a long day of travelling from the south of France

  It was noticeable that the outside grounds/courtyard were not well kept - lots of weeds growing between stones and around trees - a pity.

  Top floors have brilliant view over the city. Room was clean and beautifully decorated.

  An extension of fitness room opening hours would be nice. Also a bit more space wouldn't harm.

  Great hotel, nice modern design, beautiful view (our room was on the 7th floor), good room size. Very comfortable. Breakfast is good. Located outside the city centre, but the centre is easily reachable by bus or even foot (15 minutes). Public parking garage is nearby and not too expensive.

  Access to hotel via main road was blocked. Support from hotel staff was poor when calling to get alternative ways. Feedback was: "Access is clearly indicated", which was not the case. It was on 30th May 2011. The additional bed requested was not placed (even if clearly mentioned when booking).

  the location of the hotel is very good and the staff were friendly.

  since i do speak English and Arabic, I had some problems because in the hotel they speak French and Germany especially with room service.

  parking is rather expensive..
